On 24 March 2016, Ambassador Pisanu Suvanajata delivered the opening address at the “Top Thai Brands 2016 Yangon: Stepping Toward Globalization” trade fair at the Myanmar Event Park. The fair was organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, in collaboration with the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Thai Industries, and the Thai National Shippers Council, thus representing a synergy of the Thai public and private sector to enhance economic relations with Myanmar.
