Myanmar will host the first time annual activity of ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA) “ARENA Convention & Exhibition 2019” in Yangon with the aim to develop a platform for networking among the real estate practitioners

Myanmar, for the 1st time, will host an annual activity of ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA) “ARENA Convention & Exhibition 2019 (ACE – 2019)”. 

ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA) is a regional grouping of eight National Real estate associations comprising Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. It aims to develop a platform for networking among real estate practitioners. Myanmar became a member of ARENA in 2016. The upcoming Convention & Exhibition will be organized by the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association. The theme for ACE- 2019 is “Embracing Technology & Networking” to build up real estate sector by using developing technology and connecting ASEAN Network.

Chairman, Myanmar Real Estate Services Association, Khin Maung Than said “As I’m serving as the Chairman of ARENA for 2018-2019, Myanmar Real Estate Services Association has a chance to organize this ARENA Convention & Exhibition 2019. We hope to endorse local real estate market again, to expand the real estate business across Southeast Asia as well as to promote the country’s investment sector through real estate sector.”

ACE-2019 in Myanmar is expected to bring together almost 700 real estate agents, investors and developers from the member countries of ARENA and around the globe. About 350 local real estate agents and developers have been registered for ACE-2019 so far.

Secretary General, Myanmar Real Estate Services Association, Moh Moh Aung said “Besides the member countries of ARENA, those from across the world will be there at the event which will include booths and breakout sessions for the supporting partners and sponsors. Speakers Program and site-visiting program will also be featured. We hope the upcoming event will bring many opportunities not only to our real estate sector but also to our country.”

ARENA Convention & Exhibition 2019 (ACE – 2019) will be held at Novotel Hotel in Yangon from 23rd to 24th August.
