เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงย่างกุ้ง พบหารือกับผู้บริหารบริษัทคาราบาวกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน)
เมื่อวันที่ 15 มกราคม 2568 เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงย่างกุ้ง พบหารือกับผู้บริหารบริษัทคาราบาวกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) ในโอกาสดังกล่าว เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้สรุปภาพรวมการค้าและเศรษฐกิจของเมียนมา รวมถึงโอกาสในการลงทุน ขณะที่ผู้แทนบริษัทคาราบาวกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้สรุปการดำเนินงานของบริษัทในเมียนมา นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับโอกาสในการขยายการลงทุนในเมียนมา และการใช้วัตถุดิบภายในเมียนมาเพื่อการผลิตในอนาคต
The Opening Ceremony of Thai Trade Fair "Thailand Smart Franchise & Product 2022"
On 27 October 2022, Mr. Yordying Supasri, Minister Counsellor, as a representative of the Royal Thai Embassy, attended the opening ceremony of the Thai Trade Fair "Thailand Smart Franchise & Product 2022" which was co-organized by Smart SME Myanmar, EXIM BANK Thailand, and SME Development Bank of Thailand at Makro Myanmar (SatSan) from 27 – 30 October 2022. The event showcased various products of more than renowned Thai 20 franchise brands. Most of them were Thai SME entrepreneurs from diverse industries including food and beverage, consumer goods and services. During the event, many local people or Myanmar business owners interested in such products and services were also allowed to explore and create their business opportunities among each other.

On 15 August 2022, Mr. Yordying Supasri, Minister Counsellor was assigned as the representative of the Royal Thai Embassy to attend the opening ceremony of the Food Innovation Centre and the processing course on the production of value-added dried fruit products under the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund (2020) at the Department of Research and Innovation, Ministry of Science and Technology.
The Royal Thai Embassy supported the Kayin State Business Plan Competition
The Myanmar Ethnic Entrepreneurs’ Association (MEEA), sponsored by the Royal Thai Embassy, Yangon, organized the virtual Kayin State Business Plan Competition, under the topic “Successful Business Plan Competition to Enhance East-West Economic Corridor of Kayin State, Myanmar”. H.E. U Than Naing, Minister of Planning, Finance and Development Affairs, Kayin Region Government, and H.E. Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, delivered their remarks at the opening session of the final round presentation which was held on 8 January 2021. The representatives from Tak Chamber of Commerce also joined the event as a board of judges, together with representatives from Myanmar side. The Awards Ceremony was later held on 16 January 2021 at the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs. H.E. U Zaw Aye Maung, Minister of Rakhine Ethnic Affairs, Yangon Regional Government, addressed his opening remarks. H.E. Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar also delivered her video message to congratulate the last 5 awarded contestants as follows;
Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Yangon Amata Smart and Eco City Project
On 27 December 2020, H.E. Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Yangon Amata Smart and Eco City Project at the construction site in East Dagon Township, Yangon Region. The ceremony also attended by H.E. U Phyo Min Thein, Chief Minister of Yangon Region Government; H.E. U Tin Maung Tun, Speaker of Yangon Regional Parliament; H.E. U Min Thein, Director-General of the Department of Urban and Housing Development (DUHD), Ministry of Construction of Myanmar; H.E. U Thant Sin Lwin, Director-General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations of Myanmar. On this occasion H.E. Mr. Arsa Sarasin, Former His Majesty’s Principal Private Secretary, Former Ambassador, and Chairman of Amata City Co., Ltd., and Mr. Vikrom Kromadit, Chairman of Amata Corporation, Public Co., Ltd. addressed the speeches on video clips to underline the importance of the project. Chief Minister of Yangon Region and Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar also addressed the speeched.
การเข้าร่วมพิธีบริจาคเงินและอุปกรณ์ป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19
เมื่อ 10 ธันวาคม 2563 นางกนกวรรณ เพ่งสุวรรณ อัครราชทูต เป็นผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงย่างกุ้ง เข้าร่วมพิธีบริจาคเงินและอุปกรณ์ป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 จากสมาคมมิตรภาพสตรีเมียนมา - อาเซียน (Myanmar - ASEAN Women’s Friendship Association: MAWFA) และมูลนิธิ Nay Oke มอบแก่โรงพยาบาลต่าง ๆ ในเขตตอนเหนือของภาคย่างกุ้ง 8 แห่ง. สมาคมมิตรภาพสตรีเมียนมา - อาเซียน ได้บริจาคเงิน 1 ล้านจั๊ต (ประมาณ 68,500 บาท) จากกองทุนสมาคมฯ และสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ร่วมสนับสนุนชุดกาวน์แบบใช้ครั้งเดียว พร้อมปลอกสวมป้องกันแขนและขา 1,000 ชุด มูลค่า 1,371,000 ล้านจั๊ต (ประมาณ 31,000 บาท) โดยชุดกาวน์และปลอกสวมป้องกันแขนและขาดังกล่าวเป็นหนึ่งของอุปกรณ์ที่บริษัท Bags and Gloves ในประเทศไทย ได้มอบให้สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ช่วยแจกจ่ายแก่หน่วยงานเมียนมาที่มีความต้องการเพื่อแสดงไมตรีจิตระหว่างสองประเทศ
พิธีรับมอบหน้ากากอนามัย จำนวน 300,000 ชิ้น (จากบริษัทเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ (ซีพี) จำกัด) และชุด PPE จำนวน 200 ชุด (จากบริษัทลิเบอร์ตี้ การ์เมนท์ จำกัด) ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ทางการแพทย์และประชาชนที่มีความต้องการในรัฐยะไข่ผ่านทางออนไลน์
เมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2563 นางสุพัตรา ศรีไมตรีพิทักษ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงย่างกุ้ง พร้อมด้วยนายปรัชญา เปลี่ยนภักดี รองกรรมการผู้จัดการอาวุโส บริษัท Myanmar C.P. Livestock เป็นผู้แทนมอบหน้ากากอนามัย จำนวน 300,000 ชิ้น (จากบริษัทเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ (ซีพี) จำกัด) และชุด PPE จำนวน 200 ชุด (จากบริษัทลิเบอร์ตี้ การ์เมนท์ จำกัด) ผ่านทางออนไลน์ให้แก่ฝ่ายเมียนมา โดยมีนาย Ko Ko Naing ปลัดกระทรวงสวัสดิการสังคม การบรรเทาทุกข์ และการตั้งถิ่นฐานใหม่ นาย Kyaw Aye Thein รัฐมนตรีกระทรวงวางแผนและการคลังของรัฐยะไข่ ศ.ดร. Aung Tun Thet หัวหน้าผู้ประสานงาน Union Enterprise for Humanitarian Assistance, Resettlement, and Development (UEHRD) เป็นผู้แทนระดับสูงของฝ่ายเมียนมาเข้าร่วมพิธีรับมอบดังกล่าว
สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงย่างกุ้ง และจังหวัดตากมอบเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคให้สถานกักตัวผู้เฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ในรัฐกะเหรี่ยง เปิดโครงการเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ท้องถิ่นกับท้องถิ่น Local to Local ระหว่างไทยกับเมียนมา
เมื่อ 8 กันยายน 2563 นางสุพัตรา ศรีไมตรีพิทักษ์เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงย่างกุ้ง พร้อมด้วยนายโซ หล่าย (U Soe Hlaing) รัฐมนตรีไฟฟ้าและพลังงาน รัฐบาลรัฐกะเหรี่ยง นายอรรษิษฐ์ สัมพันธรัตน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตาก และนายเท ซา อ่อง (U Tay Zar Aung) ผู้ว่าราชการเมืองเมียวดี ได้ร่วมพิธีผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกลในการมอบสิ่งของตามโครงการสนับสนุนเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคแก่สถานกักตัวผู้เฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ COVID-19 ภายใต้ชื่อ “น้ำใจไทยจากจังหวัดตากสู่รัฐกะเหรี่ยง” โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการดำเนินการตามแนวคิดการดำเนินความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับประเทศลุ่มน้ำโขงระดับท้องถิ่นกับท้องถิ่น (Local to Local)
Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar attended the signing ceremony of Joint Venture Agreement on Yangon Amata Smart and Eco City Project
On 24 January 2020, H.E. Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, attended the signing ceremony of Joint Venture Agreement and Land Lease Agreement between Department of Urban and Housing Development, Ministry of Construction and Amata Asia (Myanmar) Limited to launch “Yangon Amata Smart & Eco City” at Kempinski Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw. H.E. U Han Zaw, Union Minister for Construction, H.E. U Kyaw Lin, Deputy Minister for Construction, H.E. Daw Nilar Kyaw, Minister for Electricity, Industry, Transport and Communication of Yangon Regional Government, H.E. U Aung Naing Oo, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and Mr. Vikrom Kromadit, CEO of Amata Corporation also attended this ceremony.

On 31 January 2020, H.E. Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, along with Mr. Sorasak Keeratichokechaikul, President of the Thai Business Association of Myanmar (TBAM) paid a courtesy call on H.E. U Phyo Min Thein, Chief Minister of Yangon Region. TBAM Executive Committee Members, some Thai investors in Thilawa Special Economic Zone including representatives from Millcon Thiha GEL Limited, Yangon Industrial Gas Co., Ltd, SCI Metal Tech (Myanmar) Co.,Ltd. , and Pacific-PSP Syntech Co,Ltd and representatives from PTTOR, Myanmar CP Livestock, SCG Myanmar, Myanmar Information Highway and Yangon Amata Smart & Eco City also attended this courtesy call.
