Singapore Windsor Holdings Ltd enters into a sales partnership agreement with Ooredoo Myanmar to service the business to business telecommunications market in Yangon and Mandalay

Singapore Windsor Holdings Ltd said that the group that entered into a sales partnership agreement with Ooredoo Myanmar to service the business to business telecommunications market in Yangon and Mandalay.

The deal involves the provision of telecommunications services, technologies and solutions, and the distribution of SIM cards, handsets, tablets and other telecommunications-related hardware and software to the small and medium enterprise business segment.

The sales partnership agreement has an initial term of two years and may be extended upon the mutual agreement of the parties, Singapore Windsor said.

Singapore Windsor has recently been aggressively expanding into Myanmar, eyeing telecom infrastructure construction, car hire and rental services, and trading and distribution ventures.

In May, it secured a 10-year supply and merchandising agreement to develop and operate duty-free outlets at Yangon and Naypyitaw airports, and also clinched a build-and-lease contract of 500 telecommunication towers for Ooredoo Myanmar.
