Vietnam based low-cost airline, Vietjet organized a cabin crew recruitment day in Yangon: it is the first time Vietjet has recruited cabin crew in Myanmar

Vietnam based low-cost carrier Vietjet announced on No­vember 10th that a cabin crew recruitment day will take place in Yangon, this shows commitment of Vietjet in career develop­ment opportunities for Myanmar citizens.

To keep pace with the rapid development and expansion of its domes­tic and international net­works, Vietjet; the fastest growing airline in Viet­nam in currently seeking dynamic and customer focused candidates from Myanmar to be qualified as the airline’s friendly and professional cabin crews.

Interviews will be held at Myanmar Plaza in Yan­gon on November 18th.

It will be the first time for Vietjet to recruit cabin crews in Myanmar aiming to help support the aer­ial operation and future growth in the country. At the same time, it will provide good opportuni­ties for Myanmar youth with enormous potential to grow together with one of the fastest growing air­lines.

Vietjet operates 350 flights a day across its 73 domestic and interna­tional routes including daily flights from Yangon to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Requirements of Vietjet cabin crew are: age from 20 to 30, height from 5 feet 7 inches for male: from 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 9 inches (5 feet 2 inches is acceptable for candidates with prior cabin crew experience for female.

Literacy should be high school degree and Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) with a score of more than 400 is required.

As for personality traits, active, dynamic, good communication skills, flexible in adapting to a new working environ­ment and able to deliver exceptional customer ser­vices experience.
